How can you access our services?
If you require psychosocial support or legal assistance, please contact us in advance at 075/314-123, ensuring the confidentiality of our service users.
Are the services fee-based?
No. Our services are provided free of charge to users, with the Queer Center covering the costs for engaged professionals through grants and donations from domestic and foreign sources.
Who can avail of our services?
The counseling services are exclusively available to adults aged 18 and above. The anonymity of our service users is rigorously guaranteed.
When does the helpline operate?
The National LGBTI+ Helpline (075/24-11-24) operates on weekdays. We’re available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
